Dale Simpson is an illustrator currently living and working from her home studio in Perthshire, Scotland.
She studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, Scotland, where she specialised in Illustration & Printmaking, completing a BA Hons Degree in Design, and then later a Post Grad in Secondary Art Teaching from Moray House School of Education in Edinburgh.
She embarked on her self-employed freelance career while at home bringing up her children, and through that time worked for a wide variety of clients in areas such as Magazine Editorial, Children's Book Publishing and Greeting's Card Publishers.
Dale has recently niched down to focus on creating Christmas themed art which she licenses/sells to clients/publishers looking for festive art for their products. She is also very open to working to client commissions and would love to be added to any Christmas art call out lists.
